After the incredible success Providence Haiti Outreach has had hosting our Derby Day for a Cause events, we are proud to announce the 3rd Annual Derby Day for a Cause: A Gallop Towards Hope, taking place on Saturday, May 2, 2026 (the first Saturday of May), from 3:00–7:30 PM at 60 Amflex Drive, Cranston, RI.

In 2025, this event helped raise over $63,000 for the children of Haiti—and we are excited to continue building on that momentum!

Every dollar raised directly supports our 30-year mission to educate and feed over 700 children at St. Dominique School in Marigot, Haiti. Your participation helps provide essential resources and a brighter future for these students.

🎉 What’s in Store?

🕒 Doors open at 3:00 PM with a cocktail hour and entertainment to kick off the afternoon. Guests will enjoy musical entertainment by Alex Jackson, with Mark Harpootian serving as Master of Ceremonies. Additional races will be shown throughout the afternoon leading up to the main event.

🍽️ Dinner served at 5:00 PM with special themed cocktails

📢 Live Auction & Best Hat Contest at 6:00 PM, concluding prior to the running of the Derby
